At Sunrise in Biltmore, your pets are part of the family. We welcome pets upon approval, so your furry friend can feel right at home too.

Pet Policy

• Breed restrictions apply
• Up to 2 pets allowed per home
• Maximum adult weight of 45 pounds
• One-time pet fee of $300
• Monthly pet rent of $40 per pet

• Bark Park for off-leash playtime
• Pet waste stations throughout the community
